Why can’t I access prices online?
Unfortunately our systems cannot implement this feature, but if you contact us with your business or personal details we are more then happy to provide you with prices on items of interest.

Can I order online?
While we do not have an ‘e-commerce online-shopping’ feature you are welcome to order via email or fax and we will process them accordingly.

What should I do if I want to place an order?
For a smooth ordering process, it is as easy as following these few simple steps:

STEP 1: Naturally, we ask that you provide us your personal and/or business details (i.e.: Name, ABN, Contact Address, Contact Numbers etc.) for entry into our database. At this stage it is also necessary to nominate a delivery address for the order.

STEP 2: Then simply quote the item number of interest, colour and quantity desired.

STEP 3: Provide us with payment details with accepted measures being Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), Direct Debit and Business Cheques.

STEP 4: On receipt of payment, our transport partners and Australia Post will endeavour to deliver your order within 7-10 days.

Why can’t you quote me a freight cost when we place an order?
Freight costs are determined by the weight/volume of the parcels being transported to you (i.e.: the size of the boxes). Naturally we would need to pack and confirm your order size before being able to quote a price on freight.

Our transport partners, TNT Express and Australia Post, offer to us competitive and favourable freight costs and unparalleled service in their industry. Rest assured we will do every thing we can to ensure that your freight costs are kept to a minimum.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Phone Order Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), Direct Debit (BSB, Account Number on request) and Business Cheques.

Do you send out samples of your products?
We are more than happy to do so, however you will be charged for the items and transport costs.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, you are welcome to order the quantities that you need. However, keep in mind that it is more economical to freight a boxed quantity (i.e.: 12/24 pieces).

Can I put these outdoors in my garden?
Due to the nature of the silk materials used in the majority of our plants and flowers, it is advised that they remain for indoor use only or under shaded areas. This is because, over time, the colours will lose its vibrancy and begin to fade.

Our product line of Cedar Pines, are ideal for outdoor conditions and are used extensively for balcony and entrance features.
