Hostwin is one of Australia’s biggest importers of quality silk plants and flowers.

Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find what you’re after here, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with your enquiry.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Hostwin is easy! We accept orders by phone, fax and email from anywhere in Australia.

Simply quote the item number, colour and desired quantity.

Orders should also include: your name, delivery address, contact phone number, and ABN (for retailers).

Do you require a minimum order?

No. At Hostwin no order is too big or too small. We include packaging information on our product pages for customers who prefer to purchase box quantities.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard), Direct Debit and Business Cheques.

How much does it cost for delivery?

Freight costs depend on the weight/volume of your order, and your location. Our transport partners Direct Freight and Australia Post offer very competitive rates and we do everything we can to ensure your freight costs are kept to a minimum.

How long do I have to wait for delivery?

On receipt of payment we will arrange for your items to be delivered through our transport partners Direct Freight and Australia Post. Delivery generally takes between 7 and 10 days, however express deliveries can be arranged.

Can I put my silk flowers and plants in my garden?

Due to the nature of the silk materials used in the majority of our plants and flowers, we recommend that they remain indoors or in shaded areas. Artificial plants and flowers placed outside will eventually lose their vibrancy and begin to fade.

However, we do carry a range of plastic plants which last longer than silk plants in the sun. Although they will not last forever, they are ideal for balcony, entrance, and garden features. See our Cedar Pine range, as well as our Agaves & Succulents for ideas for your area.

What if I change my mind?

We ask customers to choose products carefully as we do not offer refunds on any purchased products if you simply change your mind or purchased the wrong items. We accept exchanges within 3 business days if the product has not been used and is not damaged in any way. Any applicable freight charges will be borne by the customer. Please keep your proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt) in order to exchange your products.
